However, if you don't have enough ingredients of equal rarity to trade for the ingredients you need - even if a dish is ranked "easy" it will not be so easy for you. I have provided just a baseline idea. It is up to you
to make sure you have enough ingredients of equal or greater rarity to trade for the ingredients you need. If you don't really understand how this works, again you should reference my strategy guide on Restaurant City trading basics.

Furthermore, this is just a baseline idea. I know I've said this before, but it bears repeating for one important reason. Each ingredient's rarity is not exactly set in stone. You have to account for what is currently available - and for this reason I will publish weekly dish guides with up-to-date information on the difficulty level of each dish. Keep an eye out for links to these and other strategy guides on my Facebook profile once you have added me.

Main Dishes by Difficulty

Out of 25 regular menu main dishes, only 6 do not use a rare ingredient - making main dishes a bit of a challenge. However, averaged together, main dishes are easier than any other line, but given the sheer number the main dishes will take a while to complete.

The only ridiculously easy dish to complete is Vegetarian Fried Rice, but there are 6 ridiculously difficult dishes. Ranging from relatively easiest to the absolutely most ridiculously difficult dish, they are Burger and Fries, Chicken Tikka Masala, Roast Chicken, Caesar Salad, Grilled Rump Steak, and Margarita Pizza.

Below I have listed the dishes by difficulty. The easiest dishes are at the top of the list and they become more difficult as you progress down the list. The number next to the dish is a difficulty index so you can easily classify them since the difficulty jumps significantly between some dishes. For your reference I have also included the ingredients needed for each dish in parentheses.
